Liability Waiver

As with any adventure activity, marathon swimming involves a range of risks and considerable uncertainty. We are committed to your safety and success, but ultimately the responsibility for safety comes down to you, the swimmer. Similarly, each member of your crew is ultimately responsible for their own safety. When you complete your application here for your swim, we ask you to acknowledge that you assume these risks and responsibilities and waive any and all claims against us. In addition to acknowledging your agreement to the terms of our waiver in your application, we'll also ask you to complete the following fillable pdf document, attesting to your understanding and assumption of the risks and responsibilities that come with your swim.
